CANCELLATION POLICY
Art Of String Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellations & Rescheduling * Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows * Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. * After 2 no-shows, a deposit may be required to book future appointments. Deposits * A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services or for new clients. * Deposits will go toward your service and will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
